The Building
The BuildingThe Building
Built in 1965 as a residence for Oblate priests and teachers, and taking up 3 city lots, this building housed up to 20 residents at its peak. However as numbers dwindled over the years, it was sold to a developer and then sat vacant for over half a decade.
When the building was bought by a couple in 2007, they took on the challenge of converting the interior into a luxury bed and breakfast and their personal abode, while at the same time maintaining the original structure and a sense of welcoming serenity.
The building has 5704 Ft2 on the main level and 2583 Ft2 in the basement, and a large beautifully landscaped back yard.
